A triple layered construction made of 100% polyester and 97% opaque. A black layer sandwiched between two bright white layers blocks light from passing through the fabric. This fabric is treated to meet the NFPA 701 small scale flammability standard.

Synthetic (polyester) fabrics can be cut with a hot knife and welded or stitched to finish but should be pre-tested for welding compatibility. Certain jobs may also require fabrics to be properly reinforced for grommeting. Additionally, care should be taken when stitching silicone gaskets for frame systems.
